Gemma is a local physiotherapist who really does care for you and your pelvic health. Spend an hour in her company and it make you feel as if you have an answer to your problems.
I was really nerbous about my pelvic floor exam but i was made to feel so comfortable and I wasnt at all embarrased. So professional and i would highly recommend.
I have been told there is nothng wrong for over 10 years, for the first time II felt as if I was listened to and really cared about. As if I was talking to an old firend rather that a health professional. I'm just sorry i hadnt found you sooner.
I have managed to get my PB down since I have seen Gemma it really has been amazing to know I can compete and run without holding back because I need the toilet or at my worst haing to stop.
Anyone who has had a baby would beneift from one of Gemma's consultations. She has helped me come back from two babies stronger than ever.
